Job Description

 

We currently seek a confident and proactive Team Assistant to support our Successful South West Sydney Industrial team on a full time permanent basis.

Based in our Liverpool office this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills and high attention to detail in this collaborative role. You’ll be supporting a driven, dynamic team within a fast paced, collaborative and supportive environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Update company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client’ and property information is accurate
  • Proof reading of all typing matter prepared prior to submitting to managers
  • Client liaison, including accepting telephone messages and following up on client’s requirements when necessary
  • Actioning invoices, expenses and trust deposits
  • Co-ordinate the collations of reports, minutes, submissions and other documentation, including photocopying and binding
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials
  • Diary and email management including video conference bookings
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings where necessary

 

 

Qualifications

 

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • Recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite in particular Word and PowerPoint.
  • InDesign experience is desirable however not essential
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to forge and maintain effective relationships.
