About the Role
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated office administrator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks such as diary management , Reception, sales & admin support to the management. As you will provide office support and coordinate office activities, a positive attitude and attention to detail are a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diary management and general administration
- Reception and customer service
- Organize conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning
- Organize catering, coffee, or other refreshments as needed
- Sales Support & Administration
- Update of CRM data including reporting of opportunities and pipeline
- Consolidating forecast data in Excel
- Month end reconciliation for commissions
- HR administration & facilities management
- Assist with travel arrangements for office staff and managers
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
- Organize Events , special functions and social Clubs
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient
- Add hoc duties to support the management team
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service Skills (Int &Ext)
- Exceptional Client Management and organisation skills
- Providing Admin/or sales support in a corp. environment
- Strong MS excel mandatory
Desirable
- Event coordination
- Previous Exp. working as a Receptionist EA/PA or Team Administrator
