A little about EVOLUTION SETTLEMENTS

Evolution Settlements is based in Subiaco providing conveyancing services throughout Western Australia. At Evolution Settlements it's in our nature to ensure everything evolves exactly as it should, in the simplest manner possible. Evolution Settlements prides itself on providing outstanding service and high level of expertise to ensure that every settlement is as simple and stress free as possible – naturally.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Group Client Liaison (Receptionist) to join the Evolution Settlements/Peard Corporate Office team to maintain the Reception area and duties will include (but not be limited to)-

  • Answering incoming calls and transferring within the office
  • Banking
  • Verification of ID for Settlement Clients
  • Stationery Orders
  • Setting up Boardrooms/Clearing in the afternoon
  • Kitchen Duties
  • Daily Mail sorting
  • Assisting Conveyancers
  • Entering new client files
  • Any other Administrative Tasks on an as need basis

The role is based in our Subiaco Office, and the hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Professional presentation
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to manage a busy switch and direct calls efficiently 
  • An interest in Real Estate/Settlements
