An opportunity is available for a motivated, professional and customer-focused individual to join our team based at our Laverton North office. We are seeking a person with a high standard of service excellence who is committed to servicing existing clients and building relationships with our new clients. The main focus of this role will be providing excellent customer service to existing customers and will include assistance  to the Sales Support & Contract Administrator with in-bound sales management.  You will need to be a problem solver and proactive to ensure your service delivery remains first class.  The successful candidate must  be a team player with great people skills and a sense of humour.

Key Duties:

  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow through with client requests and queries from start to finish and ensure that the call has been closed to the client's satisfaction.
  • Book service requests.
  • Respond to client emails.
  • Update client information in the databases and create appropriate client notes.
  • Investigate customer issues and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all business communications are of a high standard.
  • Be willing to be cross-trained with the other departments.

Requirements:

  • Cheerful and professional customer service and telephone manner.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Reliable, hard-working and honest with a mature approach.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to anticipate issues.
  • To be organised and self-motivated.
  • Can work unsupervised and trust your own judgment.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Reliable and Team Player.
  • Competent skills in Microsoft office suite.

This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognised company and ideally you will be available to commence immediately.  The hours will be 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. 

The successful candidate will be required to complete a medical examination and police clearance check.
