Our client is a highly regarded independent corporate advisory firm specialising in financial and strategic advice to clients.

They are currently seeking a Office Manager to support a team of 6+ highly qualified executives within their Corporate Finance division. This is a broad role where you will need to wear many hats and have the flexibility required to work with the needs of the business.

Ideally you will have between 2-3+ years experience within a similar position and still be keen for personal development and growth. More importantly is your overall attitude, passion and enthusiasm within the workplace that will make the difference. Any previous experience of working within Financial Services will of course be highly regarded.

Key Duties for this position would be:

• Production of Powerpoint slides for presentations,
• Basic Excel work including data entry, creation of tables and graphs,
• Company research as and when required on behalf of staff members,
• Completing monthly corporate reconciliations,
• Manage expense approvals and staff reimbursements,
• Completion of cheque/EFT reconciliations,
• Liaise with IT service provider for updating and maintenance of IT,
• Maintenance of corporate website,
• Management of staff blackberries and laptop loans Meetings,
• Assistance in the organisation and coordination of AGMs,
• Binding of monthly board packs for distribution to all participants,
• Liaise with landlord for all building related issues and maintenance,
• Ordering stationary,
• Filing and archiving of old files as needed
• Travel arrangements for interstate travel 

This is an autonomous role where you will have the opportunity to engage in projects like an office move, but also be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get the job done. The team are professional but fun, yet supportive and work life balance is evident.
