The Job Details

This full time position will see you performing duties to include but not limited to:

  • Provide daily support to the Directors and Accountants including preparation of client reports, correspondence, diary management and lead tracking for potential clients
  • Liaise with team members across multiple offices to promote a positive team dynamic and ensure that staff are aware of all relevant information and updates
  • Set up and maintain client information in the practice management, client accounting and tax software, including updates via the ATO Portal
  • Provide general assistance with the processing of accounting, administrative and training tasks for the team
  • Welcoming clients and manage meeting arrangements

 

What do you need?

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with team members of all levels across multiple office locations
  • Strong experience in the field of accounting and tax from an administrative aspect
  • Ability to undertake research and communicate findings
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Electronic document management and client database management
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and develop your professional experience
  • Self starter with strong organisational skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, and Excel

Desirable Criteria

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
