The Role

If you are looking for an exciting and rewarding role, AECOM has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to join our Civil Infrastructure team in Sydney.

The Senior Bid Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and producing high level bid submissions in accordance with AECOM brand guidelines and to meet client requirements.

In this role some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate input of technical components
  • Review and edit proposals
  • Advice and support to local tenders and proposals (e.g. how to structure a response document, how to answer a question, where to find the information)
  • Review, filter and distribute tenders received from online tender search services
  • Submit bids to clients
  • Maintain Salesforce database and produce reports
  • Coordinate the writing of Project Summaries post bid submission
  • In conjunction with the marketing team develop marketing collateral (capability statements, skill sheets, project data sheets and CVs in line with corporate guidelines
  • Provide assistance to the Marketing team to work on bids for other groups where required
  • Participate in go/no go meetings for future opportunities
  • Develop and edit graphics
  • Produce reports and other general material to support the Business lines

About You

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Skills in Adobe Creative especially InDesign
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Bid support experience, preferably within a professional services firm
