Randstad is currently sourcing for experienced Service Coordinators to accommodate work with great clients that are involved in fast paced and exciting roles in the South East suburbs of Melbourne. There are multiple temporary and permanent roles available.

Please only apply if you have fulfilled more than 3 of the following duties:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls from customers, service technicians and subcontractors
• Allocate service jobs to service technicians/subcontractors efficiently to maximise service availability
• Enter detailed information for repairs onto the MS Excel spread sheet and other systems
• Ensure customers are updated regarding the progress of their job request e.g. inform them if there are any delays etc.
• Obtain required paperwork from the service technicians and subcontractors
• Create purchase orders and process invoices using the SAP, Pronto or MYOB
• Arrange spare parts for service tech’s when required
• Other general administrative duties

The Candidate

• Extensive Service Coordinator experience allocating jobs to service tech’s and sub-contractors
• Proficient in using the SAP, Pronto OR other well-known ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail, fast & accurate typing speed
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
• Highest level of professionalism
• Available to commence ASAP!
