PILA is seeking an organised and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide a high-quality customer service experience. This is a customer-facing office-based role and you will often be the initial point of contact via phone and email.
Our company is a leader in our field yet we have a small friendly team, so you will feel supported and part of a close knit group. This role is based at our satellite office on the Northern Beaches and you’ll be working in a gorgeous small office where Nespresso pods are at the ready and the occasional glass of wine is enjoyed with the team.
You need to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail to keep our database clean and up to date. You must have an excellent command of the English language (written and verbal), plus a fantastic phone manner. We would love someone who is high energy, bubbly, quick-minded, and who has the drive to do well and achieve. It would be an advantage if you love sport!
You need to have previous experience in similar roles with proven ability in sales / customer service and marketing, and social media marketing experience is highly regarded. You also need to be comfortable making warm outbound calls.
Day to day duties include database management, over the phone customer service and quickly understanding customer needs, managing the customer inbox and new enquiries, warm sales via our CRM lists, updating marketing materials, posting on social media channels and ad hoc office duties.
We are looking someone local to the area to work 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday with a salary package of $60,000 plus super.
