6 - 9 MONTHS MATERNITY LEAVE COVER

COMMENCING MID-JULY FOR TRAINING/HANDOVER

DisplayWise is located in the Sutherland Shire.  We design and produce custom display solutions for our growing list of corporate and agency clients.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects through all stages of the business.

Experience:

You will have 2 or more years' experience with a proven background in Project Coordination/Customer Service. The right candidate will be results focused, possess great communication skills and work well under pressure. A background in the events, exhibition or display industry is preferred, but not essential. An understanding of industrial design, architecture, interior design or shop fitting would also be desirable. You must have a current drivers licence and be confident with standard computer software packages. (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee & liaise with the DisplayWise team on the overall coordination of each project
  • Accompany the Sales team to meetings 
  • Liaise with the client in a professional, friendly and polite manner and to ensure brief if taken
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, to budget and meet expectations of our clients
  • Ensure our Company's mission and values are upheld at all times.
  • Administrative tasks such as the raising of orders for materials, freight, staffing and onsite services.
  • Management of projects throughout production and installation and dismantling process
  • Skills
  • Must work well under tight deadlines
  • Run multiple projects at once
  • On the spot problem solving skills

Experience:

  • You will have 3 or more years’ Administrative experience – it is not necessary for this experience to be in the exhibition or display industry
  • Ability to multi-task and good time management
  • You must have a current drivers licence and be confident with standard computer software packages. (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Competency in or the ability to learn Filemaker software

Communication Skills:

  • Strong Communication and Good Presentation are the most important aspects of this role.

Hours:

  • 38 hours per week
