About the Role:

This opportunity is best suited to someone who is looking to progress their already established career in the accounting field. You will be working in a team environment and given the opportunity to work autonomously and expand on your skills. You will be responsible for day to day management of the client database and office administration duties.

Duties:

  • Manage daily data extraction
  • Correspondence duties
  • Create excel spreadsheet reports
  • General reception duties
  • Creating consistent work flow plans for other staff
  • Understanding the requirements and liaising with the ATO on a regular basis
  • Administering training and support to junior team members
  • Preparing and assisting with invoices
  • Updating and maintaining social media platforms and website
  • General administration duties

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior administration experience in an accounting firm is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide training and develop work flow for other team members
  • Experience using ATO portal
