Ongoing administration job in Darwin within the logistics / equipment industry. Immediate start.

Your new company
This nationwide equipment company are looking for an administrator for an ongoing role in their busy Darwin branch.

Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for helping with the day to day running of the branch and providing administrative support in accordance with customers’ requirements. This will be a very busy and varied role with some of your duties including:

• Dealing with repair and service enquiries and scheduling technicians
• Creating purchase orders and assisting accounts
• Liaising with freight companies with regards to pick up and delivery times
• Processing short term and long term equipment rentals
• Assisting with the handling of spare parts enquiries, including parts interpretation where required, quoting on parts and processing orders
• Coordinate breakdown and repair response in both a cost effective and timely manner.
• Other administrative and branch duties as required

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will need to have several years’ administration experience, preferably within the automotive, equipment or logistics industries. You must have excellent computer skills and be able to pick up systems quickly. Candidates should already be located in Darwin and available immediately.
