Job tasks and responsibilities

This brand new role will be varied and fast paced and will see you working closely with the sales and operations team in Brisbane. You will assist the CEO in negotiating and documenting supplier deals and assist with managing internal and external shareholders.


Your brand new role will focus around ensuring first class customer service to all clients and suppliers in Australia & China, and you will be involved with key projects in our exciting future growth.

 

You will have plenty of interaction with clients and the in house team and your role will be pivotal in managing the day to day customer service issues in the business. 

Skills and experience

We are looking for a stand out individual with the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • 5 years minimum experience in administrative, clerical or a personal assistant role
  • Superior written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent judgment, professionalism, cheerful demeanour
  • The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and assertiveness.
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to problem solve & show initiative
  • Strong diary & email management experience
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment.
  • Technologically savvy with the majority of required software as Apple, iCloud, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google Drive
