About the opportunity

Working closely with the Project Management Leader and our growing team, this opportunity offers variety, pace and career development opportunities. It’s a part-time role and we can be flexible with the hours and days to suit your needs – so it also offers a great work life balance for the right person.

In a role where no two days are the same, you’ll be the pivotal “go to” person for a range of different support requirements including:

  • Supporting the development of our client proposals and tender documents – formatting, binding, printing
  • Updating and formatting our staff CV’s and other documents using Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat,
  • Maintaining a library of corporate documents (project flyers and other marketing material),
  • Coordinating the day to day office requirements such as facilities maintenance, liaising with our suppliers, telecommunications and liaising with our IT team to resolve issues
  • Overseeing stock levels of office supplies and consumables
  • Supporting the coordination of events - staff functions, social events, client meetings
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support and assistance to the team as required

About You

You’ll also need to thrive on being busy and managing multiple priorities in a role where you’ll be involved to varying degrees, in just about everything!

Here’s what we’ll also look for:

  • Previous experience working in a diverse and fast paced administration support role
  • Competent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and proficient in other Microsoft Office software, Adobe Acrobat and other document preparation software;
  • Great time management and organisational skills to be able to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines;
  • Relevant qualifications/certificates in administration or business services
  • Experience in a construction/consulting environment would be beneficial.
