The Company

The Pool Tile Company is a well established, dynamic and growing business supplying quality products including granite, travertine and glass and ceramic mosaics.  We offer the broadest selection of tiles for pools and outdoor surrounds in the market.  We work with a range of people who design and build pools and help pool owners create their dream backyard. The Role

As a Sales and Administration Coordinator your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephone enquiries from new and existing clients
  • Preparing and processing quotes, orders, invoices and payments
  • Checking stock availability
  • Organising freight locally and interstate
  • Placing orders with product suppliers and coordinating timely deliveries
  • Assisting with marketing tasks such as preparing sample requests
  • Following up on sales leads
  • Assisting clients with tile selections in the on-site showroom, via phone and web-chat

The Right Person

  • Definitely a customer service extraordinaire and prior sales experience would be advantageous
  • An eye for colour and design
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail to accommodate the strong administrative component to the role
  • An administrative background within any industry that will provide transferable skills
  • Experience with MS Office and an accounting package will be highly regarded

Product knowledge training will be provided on all products we supply, this could be your entry into product supply for the building industry.
