Currently our Brisbane office is recruiting an Office Manager to join our fast paced, dynamic CBD based Building Surveying Consultancy. This is an ideal role for a self-motivated individual with experience running the efficient day to day operations of a professional office.

The role entails:

  • Management and support of the Administration team
  • Support the Directors, Partners and Staff
  • Coordination of financial analysis and reporting
  • Continuous improvement across the Administration function
  • QHSE coordination and maintenance of systems to meet accreditation requirements
  • Maintain IT and CRM systems

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following:  

  • Demonstrated experience in an Office Management role.  Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred but not essential
  • A professional attitude, friendly personality and enthusiasm 
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Advanced attention to detail and problem solving skills  
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office
