Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a transport administrator to join one of our major depots located in Minchinbury. The role is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career within the transport industry, and will be temp to perm for the right person.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Entering driver’s runs sheets.
• Purchasing of goods and raising purchase orders.
• Coding invoices.
• Cross checking of paperwork.
• General administrative duties such as filing and handling general phone enquies.
• Receptionist duties as required.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Working background within transport/ warehousing environment highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
• High level of commitment
• Intermediate Excel skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication
