- ABOUT THE ROLE -

The Entourage is a high-growth company and we have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Member Concierge based in our Sydney office.

The Entourage continues to grow through transformation phase that will revolutionise the way world class business training is delivered.  

Your primary objective will be to help each member connect with the program and get value out of their membership, driving proactive member outreach in order to ensure members are consistently engaged with the membership. You will be solution-focused, with high level skills in using Customer Relationship Management systems.

Reporting to the Director of Education, the key areas of focus will include: 

• Work closely with the Education Team on improving member experience
• Manage incoming member communication requests and cases
• Collate data using CRM systems
• Proactive, outbound activity to engage members in various elements of the membership
• Retaining members by being heavily involved in the online information portal
• Ensure quality records are kept and lead the wider team in keeping good records
• Assisting with cash collection through payment campaigns
• Liaise with internal teams to make sure each member is looked after and any agreed actions are followed through
• Providing assistance to other member-facing team members when required
• Live Stream connection point for members/viewers
• Online community management, Facebook engagement 
• Assisting with various small and large scale events

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Office suite, Gmail and other google applications.
