ICC Sydney is a $1.5 billion development that has transformed the Darling Harbour precinct. The project delivered 35,000sqm of internal exhibition space, the largest commercial kitchen in the southern hemisphere, Australia’s largest ballroom, an open air event deck, and an 8000 seat entertainment theatre.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage Services Coordinator (Food and Beverage Team Administrator) to join our Culinary team to collect and collate the event orders for service delivery requirements to the Culinary Front of House team.
Responsibilities;
- Process event information to assist Culinary Services Front of House event planning.
- Lead coordination and/or maintain Culinary Services Front of House workforce planning system.
- Ensure appropriate communication and relationships are maintained both internally and externally.
- Assist with project documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
- Collect and collate the event orders for service delivery requirements to the Culinary Front of House team, updating information in line with the ICC Sydney front of house services operating guidelines.
- Print and coordinate menus, labels and other relevant signage for all Culinary Services Front of House events.
- To maintain the Culinary Services Front of House files and other records accurately with in ICC Sydney’s document filing and information systems.
- To prepare and co-ordinate reports, presentations, business letters, memoranda's and emails using word processing programs.
- Minute taking as required.
