The role

We are currently seeking a person with demonstrated administration and reception experience to join the Perth office team. The right candidate must bring a positive attitude to work every day, be self-motivated, maintain a professional attitude and have outstanding communication skills. They must also be able to demonstrate personal, helpful and courteous relationships with customers and colleagues alike while being able to manage their time efficiently. Being able to work individually and as part of a team is also a must.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional administration support
  • Providing professional service answering phones and directing incoming calls
  • Overseeing and maintaining confidential information for the business
  • Ensure effective management of office catering, stationery requirements, stock and mail
  • Support in the preparation of documentation - printing, photocopying, binding
  • Assistance with coordination of maintenance tasks for the office - eg security and office furniture/equipment
  • Ensuring accuracy in calendar bookings for meeting rooms is maintained
  • Providing assistance as required in the preparation of training management (bookings/confirmations/printing manuals)
  • Managing a variety of tasks and deadlines with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, office environment
  • Other duties as directed by the needs of the organisation, or as directed by the Manager to meet changing business requirements
  • Prepared to participate in Fire Warden and OHS roles as required
Experience Required
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional Organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Excellent multi-tasker with outstanding time-management skills
  • Flexible approach to duties with a “can do attitude”
A mandatory requirement will be a satisfactory police clearance.
