DESCRIPTION

This is an entry level role to provide support to the Client Services Department. 

To succeed in this role, the applicant needs to have a strong attention to detail, strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, multitask and to be proficient in G Suite and Microsoft programs.

This role would ideally suit a recent graduate with a degree in Advertising or Marketing and is passionate about a career in the media industry.

 

The day to day:

  • Creating Jobs
  • Entering costs into Jobs
  • Quoting
  • Liaising with agencies to schedule voiceover recordings
  • Updating and maintaining material specification documents
  • Facilitating material dispatch - TV, Radio, Print and Display - including requesting key numbers, preparing material instructions, and liaising with the studio, accounts departments and external agencies to dispatch approved material
  • Maintaining databases
  • Updating the calendar
  • Uploading creative and maintaining client portals
  • Proofing creative
  • Office maintenance and reception duties

 

Your skills & expertise

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and G Suite
  • Extremely organised and methodical.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle several projects at once.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and as an individual.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • A "can do" attitude.
  • Passionate, energetic, proactive & highly motivated.
