We have an exciting career opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team based in Adelaide CBD.  

This is a full time role suitable for a highly organised and proactive person with administration experience. You will be working amongst a team of talented finance professionals.

The role is responsible for assessing documentation, performing financial calculations for our offices nationally.

Key duties of this role include:

  • Processing high volume of wage subsidies
  • Analysing and checking important documents for eligibility
  • Administrative duties
  • Data entry
  • Financial Calculations
  • Liaising with internal and external sources
  • Maintaining registers
  • Adhering to Department and company guidelines and processes

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing a strong client service focus
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word knowledge
