We have an exciting career opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our team based in Adelaide CBD.
This is a full time role suitable for a highly organised and proactive person with administration experience. You will be working amongst a team of talented finance professionals.
The role is responsible for assessing documentation, performing financial calculations for our offices nationally.
Key duties of this role include:
- Processing high volume of wage subsidies
- Analysing and checking important documents for eligibility
- Administrative duties
- Data entry
- Financial Calculations
- Liaising with internal and external sources
- Maintaining registers
- Adhering to Department and company guidelines and processes
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A high attention to detail
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in providing a strong client service focus
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word knowledge
