Sci-Fleet Toyota, Australia's largest Toyota Dealer, we currently have an opportunity available for a full time Service Advisor, as we are seeking the talents of an energetic team player, customer service orientated, results driven person to join our Kedron Service Department.

Working closely with the Service Manager and a strong service team, You will be responsible for:
- Meeting our guests
- Taking enquires and service bookings
- Writing up repair orders
- Keeping guests up to date with vehicle progress
- Organising courtesy cars
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete a job
- Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Gaining authorisation for extra work
- Handling guest complaints
- Helping bring new business into the service department
As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Highly motivated
- Guest Service focused
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
- Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Intermediate PC skills
- Hold a current and valid manual driver's license (Queensland)
- Toyota experience advantageous, but not necessary
- Demonstrating Sci-Fleet values and behaviours that align with company policy

Only candidates with previous customer service experience or in a similar role within the automotive industry should apply. This position will require the successful person to work the business hours of Monday to Friday from 7.00 AM until 5.00 PM and Saturday mornings once a month.
