Menulog is currently seeking a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist to be responsible for onboarding our new restaurant partners, as well as customer service and quality assurance to the Menulog Estate.  You will report into the Restaurant Support Team Leader and be based in our state of the art, top floor CBD office with rooftop garden, overlooking Hyde Park!

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for on-boarding newly signed restaurant partners to our platform which involves training them to be great partners and to quickly adapt to our growing business.

  • Must be able to execute an approach which will leave our restaurant partners excited to embark on their journey with Menulog, armed with all the information they need, and operationally set up to succeed.

  • Entering and ensuring all restaurant contacts, menu & banking details are correct and up to date

  • Setting restaurants up for success by training them how to accept orders, understand invoices, and how to manage their business through our Partner Centre.

  • Scheduling appointments with restaurants aimed to get them live and set up for success.  

  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience

  • Quality assurance of all updates to ensure a high standard is achieved.

Skills, Experience & Attributes Required

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain complicated situations in an easy to understand manner over the phone and via email.  

  • Ability to communicate with a variety of diverse stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage expectations

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining high service levels

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Exceptional organisation skills 

  • A confident self starter who enjoys using their initiative
