The Role
The roles are always changing depending on the organisation and it's needs. However, your success will be dependent on proven experience in reception and/or administration in combination with you adaptability.
Key responsibilities and duties include;
• Answering phones/operating switchboard
• Administration support
• Liaising across all levels of the business
• Assist with managing expenses
• Answering calls and queries
• Maintaining and updating systems
• Customer service support
You will be proficient within Microsoft Suite and have at least 2 years of Administration support experience. You will have a can do attitude and a proactive working attitude.
