The Company:
If you are seeking a professional global organisation with the benefits of working in a small/medium sized Sydney headquarters then this could be the company for you. Reporting directly into the Head of Operations you will have the full responsibility of running this Consulting firm to the best of your ability. You will be working in an operational role alongside senior level Executives who are the top of their game in the industry. Whilst remaining incredibly professional at work, they often socialise at the end of the day over a wine and try to enjoy their day at work, so bring your sense of humour! They will celebrate their week’s success with office drinks on a Friday afternoon and client entertainment events, that you will be involved in arranging.
The role:
This is an exciting role that will offer variety. Located in stunning Sydney CBD offices, this role will suit you perfectly if you thrive in working with a medium sized team and have a positive enthusiastic ‘can do’ nature.
Working in a fast-past environment while successfully managing the daily running of the office you will work closely with the Consultants and senior management staff: -
Running the office on a day to day basis
Meet and greet guests
Liaising with all suppliers re service contracts
Setting up Board meetings including minute taking and creating agendas
Attending Operational meetings
Event planning for client focussed events
Implement / update policies and procedures
Support HR; recruitment, contracts, HR project work
Coordinating business travel
Providing ad hoc Executive Assistant support to Senior Management and visiting Executives (diary, travel coordination)
Setting up of meeting rooms
Coordinating stationary supplies etc

About you:
You will be the face of the business so impeccable presentation teamed with excellent communication is imperative
You will be liaising with senior Executives, so a professional approach is also imperative
Any exposure to the Financial Services and or Consulting will be highly regarded
Exposure to a global business will be highly regarded
You will want to work for an organisation that is the top of their game in a global market. You will want to be proud of the brand and thrive in a senior operational role.
You will thrive in relationship building at all levels
No egos! This is an all-rounder role, you will be working on Board papers one minute and helping to unload the dishwasher the next so we are looking for someone that is not precious and happy to muck in wherever needed
You will be great at organising client events, and also organising some team events to keep the office morale at its best!
