We are looking for an administrator/receptionist to start ASAP for our service centre in Eastern Creek. This role will end in mid to late October.

Client Details

The site is a service centre for steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, pressure cleaners etc. There is a small retail shop attached to the service centre, as such there is definitely an element of customer facing, handling people walking in, taking payments etc. The main role will still be administration, processing invoices etc.

Description

  • Using the company's CRM (software) to create customer profiles.
  • Organising and prioritising tasks and service jobs.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries (face to face and on the phone).
  • Daily organising and rostering of field work technicians.
  • Invoicing all service jobs.
  • Other basic administrative support for other departments.

Profile

  • You must have previous experience in an admin role.
  • Any previous experience using SAP will be HIGHLY REGARDED.
  • Any previous experience using a CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle PeopleSoft, Salesforce etc.) will be HIGHLY REGARDED.
  • Valid/Current driver's license. You WILL be required to drive the company pool car at times (dropoffs to the post office).
  • Great communication skills - clear and articulate on the phone and in person.
  • Clean, professional presentation - you will be the first point of contact for customers.
  • You have to be highly organised and have great attention to detail.

Job Offer

$27.50 per hour, Mon-Fri 8:30AM-4:30PM.

If you work a full week (37.5 hours), you will make $1,031 per week before tax (approx $840 after tax).

This role will start ASAP (early July), and will be for approximately for 3-4 months (finished in mid to late October 2018).
