Compliance Officer

Our client is a one of Australia's leading commercial LED and solar power specialist and are retrofitting commercial properties with LED lighting, solar power and other cutting-edge, low-emissions technologies to deliver substantial cost savings. They are a dynamic company who are driven by sales and service excellence and have offices in VIC and NSW delivering their products and services nationwide.

They are now looking for a Compliance Administrator / Officer to join their company in Port Melbourne, VIC, with the potential to earn a negotiable salary based on experience + Super. 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide efficient and accurate validation and processing of the evidence and documents collected to generate Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs and ESCs).

Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Answering calls, responding to customer enquiries and maintaining office files. 
• Generating and submitting VEEC/ESC Creation Forms relating to the completed assignments.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to assignments performed by the business.
• Maintaining returned Installation Packs and other evidence in line with requirements and the agreed document flow and sentencing process.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Compliance Administrator / Officer and a clear understanding of the VEET & ESS schemes, regulation and how they are applied to the installation of commercial lighting. Additionally, experience with Excel and CRM's would be beneficial for this position.

This position would suit someone who has excellent written and verbal communication and has great organisational and people skills.
