This prestigious commercial lending company is seeking a sales support administrator and analyst. Based in the CBD in a modern office with city views you will be responsible for essentially supporting the sales team and assisting in coordinating several components of the loan process. This is a highly administrative role where you can really put your attention to detail and analytical skills to the test! This is a permanent role that is seeking an individual who is agile, has high attention to detail and able to work within deadlines. Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Administrator/Analyst:

  • Effectively support the sales team with relevant administrative duties after a loan has been qualified
  • Articulately and accurately summarise deals and enter into the system
  • Assisting with the credit process
  • Drafting credit approval letters
  • Where required liaising with lawyers and internal stakeholders

Your required skills & experience:

  • Banking and finance experience is ideal
  • Administration or loan/lending experience is highly advantageous
  • Ability to comply with procedures and protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Assertive
  • Demonstrated stability through employment
