Our client based in Burswood are currently seeking for a part-time Contracts Administrator to join their Asset and Technical Services team.

Your general responsibilities will incorporate but aren't limited to:

• Work with Procurement and Supply Chain Management to prepare documents including Schedules & Specifications for Subcontractors
• Determine and agree claim codes with external stakeholders
• Validation of Subcontractor/Vendor claims for Low Value Maintenance, Routine Maintenance and Breakdown Repair works.
• Manage any variations to the claim codes/schedule of rates as per above.
• Support the invoicing of Project Management Fees for Capital Projects
• Assisting with Client and Subcontractor/Vendor settlements
• General administration and document control.

To be successful for this role

• Must have detailed knowledge and understanding of subcontract administration, tendering and procurement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive, forward thinking with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work to deadlines.
• Must have a sound working knowledge of various forms of contracts
