About the role:
- We seek a highly organised, dedicated and results driven Personal Assistant for an immediate start.
- Reporting to the lady Chief Operations Officer you will be responsible for providing professional and personalised secretarial/ administrative support.
This position is full time, Monday to Friday, and will include the following responsibilities, but are not limited to;
- Some sales or marketing experience would be advantageous
- Email management (file, monitor, respond and inform the operations officer of urgent matters);
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate and execute meeting outcomes;
- Screen/ direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;
- Handle sensitive and confidential business / personal information with strict confidentiality, tact and discretion;
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Provide exceptional secretarial support
- Run errands and adhoc administrative duties as directed.
About you:
- The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years' proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar roles supporting Management and demonstrate / possess the following;
- High level attention to detail and accuracy;
- High level of organisational and time management skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet strict deadlines;
- Intermediate to advanced level of MS suite of applications including, Outlook, Word, Excel and IT savvy;
- Results driven and ability to communicate effectively with confidence to all levels of Management and staff including external clients;
- Knowledge of management and office systems and procedures;
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;
- Friendly, positive, outgoing and flexible attitude;
- Have previously worked for a construction company
