2XM are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of Sydney’s respected high rise residential builder.

About the role:

  • We seek a highly organised, dedicated and results driven Personal Assistant for an immediate start.
  • Reporting to the lady Chief Operations Officer you will be responsible for providing professional and personalised secretarial/ administrative support.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday, and will include the following responsibilities, but are not limited to;

  • Some sales or marketing experience would be advantageous
  • Email management (file, monitor, respond and inform the operations officer of urgent matters);
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate and execute meeting outcomes;
  • Screen/ direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;
  • Handle sensitive and confidential business / personal information with strict confidentiality, tact and discretion;
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Provide exceptional secretarial support
  • Run errands and adhoc administrative duties as directed.

About you:

  • The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years' proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar roles supporting Management and demonstrate / possess the following;
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy;
  • High level of organisational and time management skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet strict deadlines;
  • Intermediate to advanced level of MS suite of applications including, Outlook, Word, Excel and IT savvy;
  • Results driven and ability to communicate effectively with confidence to all levels of Management and staff including external clients;
  • Knowledge of management and office systems and procedures;
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;
  • Friendly, positive, outgoing and flexible attitude;
  • Have previously worked for a construction company
