MAYDAY! MAYDAY!

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Contracts Administrator to assist a very busy project team within this Tier 2 Construction Company!

This is a fast paced, busy role where all hands on deck are required! This is fantastic and varied project as you will be juggling a multitude of requirements. 

This role requires patience, resilience and extreme professionalism at all times, you will be a key member of a large scale project, you will definitely put your skills to good use!
 
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Project Manager 
• Working with the Project Manager to create savings where possible
• Preparation of project cost reports and forecasts each month
• Working with the Site Management team to ensure the project schedule is realistic and well coordinated
• Review, negotiate and manage subcontracts
• Tracking project expenditure
• Administration of EOT's and RFI's
• Manage internal and external variations
