The opportunity and the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Melbourne office for a professional and efficient Executive / Personal Assistant to support the Professional Standards and Risk Team

Reporting to the Company Secretary this position will see you involved in the wider operations of our organisation.

As the ‘go to’ administration support for the General Counsel / Company Secretary this position will see you involved in a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing communications
  • Organising travel and itineraries
  • Organising and planning meetings and events
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research
  • Executing specific initiatives
  • Diary management

To be successful

You will have previous experience in working as an Executive or Personal Assistant and possess a passion for providing administration support at an executive level.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

  • IT system and program savvy
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Proven ability in drafting letters and writing documents
  • Professional discretion
  • An ability to adapt when working with changing and conflicting deadlines
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to organise others
