Office Manager/HR Admin.

 

A permanent full-time position exists for an experienced Office Manager within the Civil Construction/Telecommunications Industry located in the south west of Sydney.

 

The Company

Superb Civil Group is a successful and growing Civil Construction and Traffic Management company. Moving into a newly renovated premises in Revesby with ambitious growth plans and exciting opportunities in the pipeline for both the business and employees.

 

The Role

This role is an integral part of the team, responsible for making a positive contribution to the work environment through being a strong advocate for the office culture, ensuring the smooth running of the office, including all administrative needs and the provision of Human Resources/Business Support activities. Currently this role wears many hats however with the plans to grow and expand it offers great potential to steer your own future career path based on your strengths and personal career progression plans. 

 

The Candidate

Previous proven experience in Administration, Process Development and Implementation as well as HR Generalist and Recruitment skills.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet multiple deadlines at once. An ability to think on your feet and find solutions for last minute changes. Experience within civil construction/trades or telecommunications would be preferred however flexible for the right candidate. You must be proactive and self-motivated with a determination to take on the role as your own utilising your previous experience to help us grow the business.

 

Competencies, qualifications and experience;

 

Extensive experience in an administrative / office management role;

Experience in a HR or HR Support role;

Experience within the civil construction industry highly desirable;

Highly Organised;

Strong time management skills;

Ability to prioritise goals and tasks;

Strong leadership qualities with the desire and ability to manage.
