Due to our continued growth we are seeking an Executive Assistant/Accountability Coach who can work in a dynamic, driven and fast paced environment and can pick up tasks quickly. This position is offered on a permanent salary basis starting from CIRCA $60K base and is well suited to an individual driven to progress as growth opportunities will be available for the right person.
While we work as a team, you must be self motivated, incredibly organised and be able to build and develop strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations and company targets
- Exceptional organisation ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to built rapport quickly
- Good presentation skills with the ability to communicate well in person, on camera and on the phone
- Ability to overcome objections with conversation and logic
- The ability to be proactive and plan ahead
- Ability to adapt and respond in a dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills
- Enjoy working in a fun yet high performing team
