About Our Role - Customer Service and general office administration

  • Typical hours between 8:00am & 6:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Maintenance of compliance and safety systems - client and technician communication
  • Monitor of client systems and client reports
  • Client notes system update
  • Preparation of documents and site condition reports
  • Special business improvement projects based  on your skills and experience
  • General office administration duties

About You the Person:

You would describe yourself as being a team player and having -

  • Ability to work on multiple jobs at one time and handle pressure situations by continually looking ahead, reviewing and prioritising
  • Calm and confident approach
  • Commitment to continuous improvement 
  • Empathetic approach to the clients challenges and needs
  • Property, Building and Construction knowledge and understanding of terms
  • High attention to detail with strong written skills
  • Fast and accurate Data entry skills
  • Strong sense of system, process and file management
  • Technically proficient with latest versions of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and Publisher

This position is located at Artarmon (north shore in Sydney) and has an immediate start.
