Sales Support Officer - Packaging Industry

 

Omniverse Foster Packaging Group is an innovative, fast paced and growing packaging company located in Oakleigh South. We work with a vast variety of clients ranging from SME to large multi national organisations.

With a strong focus towards customer service, our company is rapidly expanding and we are seeking to employ a Sales Support Officer to join our existing team.

In this role, you will be provided with in house training and on going support, along with opportunities for career progression and advancement.

Our company is a very client centric and you will be part of a team that works closely together to ensure our ability to deliver these outcomes to our customers.  

 

This is a very diverse and challenging role that requires you to primarily look after the following functions:

  • Maintain and grow current customer relationships
  • Project management 
  • Liaise directly with customers and designers in relation to order, specifications, artwork and design requirements
  • Communicate with factories off shore to facilitate client orders from start to finish
  • Keep clients updated in relation to order progress, timing, samples and production schedules
  • Sales administration including the preparation of specification sheets, generating sales orders and purchase orders
  • Quality Control
