We are a fast-growing IT services organisation with teams in NSW, QLD and Victoria. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and professional office manager to support our business. This is a varied and interesting role in a friendly, busy team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the role.
Expected responsibilities of the role include:
- Office management for the Australian teams
- HR Administration (recruitment, onboarding, leave administration, internal process documentation)
- Asset and Supplier Management
- Internal Event Management
- Some EA and Calendar Management functions
- Sales and Marketing Admin Support
Experience and Expertise
- Experienced Office Manager
- IT Services business experience highly regarded
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Confident verbal and written skills
The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who is an adaptable office management professional. A detail-oriented person, you will be able to prioritize tasks according to the big picture. As a naturally confident communicator, you can skillfully adapt to multiple working styles. You are technically savvy and are not afraid of technology.
