SCHNAP is one of Australia's leading Electrical Wholesalers and a well respected organisation that has been in the electrical industry for over 8 years
We are in need of an energetic pro-active person with a genuine passion for people and administration skills to manage this Core Role of the business. The role will be based in our KINGSGROVE office
Your Key responsibilities are:
- Reconcile cash up Daily
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparing financial documents required by our external Accountant
- Maintain all entries in our accounting system for P&L
- Invoicing, Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Processing Pays for a minimum of 10 staff members
- Answer emails/ customer enquiries/ Problem solving
- Send statements to customers
- Follow up customers for payment and Debtor receipts
- Evaluate/ open/ customer 30 day accounts
- Be at the forefront to answer the organisations phone in a lively and professional manner
- Filing
- Processing HR documentation, Superannuation and the carrying out of employee inductions
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of Office Administration and accounts management
- Ability to actively engage with all the business activities
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
- Possess self confidence, Clear and positive decision making
- Microsoft Office Suite & MYOB
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised and exceptional time management
- A proven track record in administration and bookkeeping
