About the opportunity

We are seeking a Client Support Officer to join our high-performing Relationship team at our Brisbane office. This is a great role for an individual that has outstanding communication skills and is a self-motivated.


Daily responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop strong internal relationships with members of the team
• Assist Client Relationship Managers with the in-bound account management of existing client portfolios
• Deliver exceptional fleet management
• Develop external relationships with customers
• Maintain client portfolio as per the in-bound account management aspect of this role

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have industry experience in fleet management or franchised dealer background in a customer service role
• Be competent with Microsoft office, in particular Excel
• Have highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong numeric skills
• Be able to comprehend company history, development and future objectives
