Your role will primarily focus on liaising with customers and the field team to create a seamless experience for our customers. Day to day duties would include: fielding customer enquires, preparing quotes, arranging access to customers homes, invoicing, co-ordinating the field-team and managing suppliers.

You will also be called upon to work on designing systems and processes that improve and streamline the current methods as volume increases and priorities shift.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday but there is flexibility on the hours of work for the right candidate. Due to expansion, decisions to make this role office- based are less likely to be made in the next 6 months, so the role is best suited to someone comfortable to working from home.

Technical skills and experience required:

  1. Previous experience managing an office in a Trade business will be a distinct advantage
  2. Competent in Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  3. Ability to solve basic computer and networking problems when they arise
  4. Customer database management
  5. Some experience of working with basic plans or technical drawings an advantage
