OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Office All-rounder with good accounting and computer skills to assist the Director in a wide range of tasks in a commercial fridge rental business based in Midland.
As a highly organised, motivated and reliable individual, you will need to carry out a wide variety of tasks.
Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) as well as experience in accounting, including reconciling accounts is vital to this role.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Managing the administration functions of the business
- Understanding and performing bank reconciliations
- Overseeing Accounts payables and receivables
- Managing payroll
- Stock reporting and inventory
- Providing executive support to the Managing Director
- Debt collection
The suitable candidate must be available to work from 9.30 to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Salary will be offered in line with relevant experience and qualifications.
