This is your opportunity to join a friendly, committed team, with a market leading brand. Due to ongoing business success, the independently owned Gregory Hills franchise is seeking an administration coordinator to join their sales team.
About the role:
This is a Monday to Friday position. You will be joining a successful sales team, coordinating day-to-day operations. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing quotes and preparing invoices.
- Being a point of contact for new and existing customers
- Managing garment decoration process
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- After sales client service.
- General Administration.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:
- Experience in using Excel and other Microsoft based programs.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
- A high attention to detail
- A can-do positive attitude
- A commitment to maintain an exceptionally high level of customer service
- Minimum one year sales or administration experience
- No previous experience in the workwear industry is required, although you should be familiar with phone based and/or face-to-face sales and service.
