We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to join this boutique accountancy firm based in Northern Sydney.

The role:
  • Provide support for the Director and Manager where necessary such as diary management, sending meeting requests, email management and travel arrangements
  • Responsible for greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
  • Complete adhoc administrative duties including updating systems and general organisation of all office files, paperwork
  • Co-ordinating meeting room bookings and provide general administrative support across the organisation
Requirements:
  • Must come from a financial services or accountant firm background or supporting within the accounting team.
  • Bubbly and energetic with great communication skills both written and oral
  • Responsible for greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated with a pro-active attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You must be well presented with great communication skills and come from a background across Financial or Professional services.
