We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to join this boutique accountancy firm based in Northern Sydney.
The role:
- Provide support for the Director and Manager where necessary such as diary management, sending meeting requests, email management and travel arrangements
- Responsible for greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
- Complete adhoc administrative duties including updating systems and general organisation of all office files, paperwork
- Co-ordinating meeting room bookings and provide general administrative support across the organisation
- Must come from a financial services or accountant firm background or supporting within the accounting team.
- Bubbly and energetic with great communication skills both written and oral
- Responsible for greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
