An experienced Administration officer is required for a well respected government department.
Your new company
You will be working for a government organisation, based on the Gold Coast. This is an opportunity to work with a well respected public sector department. Due to their increased workload an experienced and competent administrator is required to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
This role will require you to assist with the day to day operations of the office and provide first hand support to Officers, Staff and the team as a whole. You will be responsible for general administrative tasks, phone enquiries, filing, minute taking and managing the maintenance of office equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous exposure to the public sector
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
- Demonstrable and proven experience as an Administration officer
The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure, have a great work ethic and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
