The Role
As part of the BWS team, the Trade Spend Administrator has responsibility for managing the input and quality assurance of the promotional program in Trade Promotions Management (TPM) system as per direction for the National Account Managers for BWS. This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, working on a part time basis (3 days a week) in Rhodes.
What you contribute
- Data entry - Input the promotional program received from National Account Manager into the system
- Quality Assurance – Promotional status (create, planned and confirmed) is managed
- Provide clash calendars for management review
- Investigate and validate claim disputes – ensuring the correct data is obtained
- Support the account teams in identifying and data anomalies
Who you are
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and being comfortable working with numbers
- Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid business background and acumen
- Good time management and process driven
- Ideally experience with Trade Promotions Management systems
- Exposure to a high transactional Sales and Marketing environment will be highly regarded
- Work across teams (cross functional) and is adaptable to change
