Animal Industries Resource Centre, a member of the Provet Group of Companies, is the leading Registered Training Organisation providing Nationally Recognised Qualifications and education to the veterinary industry.
We are seeking:
An administration officer to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team based in Northgate, Brisbane. This position is essential to the compliance obligations of the RTO and daily operations to ensure accurate reporting of all student records. This is a full-time 5 day a week position.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Processing Expression of Interests for delivered qualifications and courses.
- Processing student enrolments
- Processing of student certification
- Processing of student submissions
- Maintaining an accurate student and client database
- General office duties
- Providing professional customer service to students and potential clients
- Utilising Social Media for marketing purposes
The successful applicant will possess:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An accomplished use of Microsoft software including Word and Excel
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ideally, have had a minimum of two years’ previous experience working for a RTO.
