An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and passionate Admin Support Officer to join Bunzl Safety – the leaders in the supply of workwear, PPE, safety footwear and materials handling equipment to major businesses across all industries.

Based at our head office in Erskine Park, the role will support the eCommerce and Major Accounts teams.
While experience is highly desirable, what is most important is your attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills,  customer service and communication skills, eagerness to learn, positive attitude and ability to work both autonomously, and as part of a friendly team.
  
About The Job:
  
Admin Support Officer will primarily be responsible for assisting to create and maintain customised web catalogues for our major account customers as well as supporting the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to maintain our three global websites.
  
Reporting to the eCommerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will include using Pronto ERP software and our website CMS system to help maintain our websites and online ordering customisations for large account customers.
  
You will also be responsible for data & image collection for uploading new products, including liaising with internal category managers and external suppliers, as well as pricing and product updates via Excel and our CMS platform.
  
As part of the role you will help resolve customer e-Commerce issues and respond to generic e-Commerce queries from internal stakeholders to ensure the online ordering experience is smooth and hassle free for our customers. You will also assist the e-Commerce & Digital Marketing Co-ordinator develop online campaigns to drive online sales.
  
While the role is highly administrative, an interest in digital marketing – particularly website maintenance is important.
  
The ideal person should possess the following:
  
  • Experience with PRONTO or a similar ERP inventory/ordering system
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good lateral thinking and problem solving ability
  • Fluency in English is an essential requirement.
  
Highly regarded
  • Experience with a website Content Management System (CMS) system
  • Photoshop software experience
  • An understanding of Google Analytics
