An exciting opportunity has become available to join a highly regarded company based on Sydney’s North Shore! Following recent expansion, there is a requirement for an Office All-rounder to join this busy and fast-growing team! Successful individuals will take pride in professionalism and delivering outstanding work to clients, demonstrate attention to detail and enjoy working in a team and being an integral part of the established and friendly team.

Due to the diverse role advertised, experience is required in maintaining all general office duties, project cost administration, assisting the Managing Director when required and being knowledgeable in running an administrative function effectively.

Day to day duties will include:
  • Provide general office support to the Director & team
  • Maintain marketing, branding, social media activities as well as website
  • Manage all incoming invoices and prepare them for payment
  • Management of annual contracts and company agreements
  • Planning all staff events
  • Ensure materials are ordered and sequenced appropriately
  • Liaise on any administration issues that team members require assistance with
  • Ensure all subcontractors invoices and time sheets are set up, filed and up to date
Ideal candidates will have:
  • Experience in running an administrative function effectively
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software
  • Financial acumen required to drive the best outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and be part of the team
