  • Full time Position - Gold Coast
  • Seeking an independent, highly motivated person to join a small dynamic team.

  Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of phone etiquette by answering customer calls and service queries

  • Administration duties as requested, filing, incoming and outgoing, e-mails etc.

  • Assisting with the investigation and follow-up of customer work orders

  • Printing and Scanning

  • Data entry.

  • Contacting Client database to book in annual PM

  • Personal assistance to management team

  • Raising of Job cards, purchase orders and Invoices as requested.

  • Issuing of Jobs and direct contact with sub contractors and suppliers

  • Packing and dispatch of parts cartons/air bags,

  • Booking and Tracking of pallet freight

  • General dispatch documentation, con notes, delivery docs etc.

  • Ensure sub contractors are meeting required SLA's and KPI's.

  • Diary entries of appointments and general issues.

  • Maintain data on subcontractor compliance

  • Importing/Exporting documentation

  • Set priorities-track details/data/information

  • Sound knowledge of Reckon Quickbooks 

  • Compliance with all company Policies and Procedure

Attributes and Skills Required:

  • Any previous Trade or field maintenance experience

  • Any on the tools or onsite repair experience

  • Attention to Detail

  • Initiative, Judgement and Tact

  • Effective Time Management Skills

  • Computer Literacy with all Microsoft Applications 

  • Experience with Job Maintained Programs

  • Data entry and coordination of stock

  • Previous experience with Stock Control

  • Strong organisation skills

  • Confidence in dealing with customers and contractors

  • Able to prioritise and work in a fast paced environment

  • A fun, outgoing, confident, pro-active, can do attitude and personality.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history record of no less than 2 years' prior experience.

On the job training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Remuneration negotiable dependent on experience.
